WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??? Now…I like Candace Parker and I don’t want to spend too much time on this. She is just a young woman but…how can you say that????????? What kind of sense does that make?????? So if you establish an inside game then ridiculous 3-pointers…not just normal ones…won’t just go in…they’ll bank in? Couldn’t you just say “If we establish an inside game then that’ll create some open jump shots for our other players” or something of that nature? It’s little things like this that keep me from watching women’s athletics ever. (Big things like the quality of play not being as good keep me from wanting to watch ever.) She is trying to make a serious point about basketball but instead makes a fool out of herself.

You sound dumber than what you’re trying to relay. She scored a career high of 40 points that night, and she was simply saying that when you and your teammates get into good rhythm, some things will just fall in place. In this case, an off-balance 3-point shot that she made with less than a second left on the shot clock. Candace is not an outside shooter to begin with.
