LeBron donated $20,000 to Senator Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. I guess he’s a Democrat.

As I said yesterday, LeBron emphatically guaranteed gold at Beijing this year to Sean Gregory of Time Magazine. But not only that, he also made the cover of this week’s Time. Very impressive. First Vogue and now Time. Bron is also their #1 Olympic Athlete to watch – over Michael Phelps, Dara Torres, Shawn Johnson, Tyson Gay and even China’s own Yao Ming. He even beat Roman Sebrle, the supposed world’s best athlete. Quite a feat for the 23 year old phenom. The top athlete to watch in the whole world. Now bring home the gold baby!

He sprained his ankle today in practice but he’ll be okay. Much ado about nothing as usual. He does sprain his ankle a lot though. Hopefully he works on his jumper so he can consistently use it as a weapon instead of having to drive all the time.
Just watch the video. Enough said.
So today LeBron listed New York as his favorite city in the world and Brooklyn as his favorite borough. Advantage Nets.

He just beat Tom Brady in the Spike TV Guy’s Choice Awards for Top Fantasy Leaguer. Anytime you beat a Patriot at anything, it’s a good thing.

Okay fine. He was actually determined to be the world’s second greatest athlete. The Wall Street Journal did some study on finding the world’s greatest athlete and LeBron was #2. Who was #1? Roman Sebrle, a 33 year old Czech decathlete. He’s also the reigning world champion. I could live with this except for the fact that the WSJ said Bron scored high in every category except speed. Huh??? Really? LeBron is one of the fastest players in the NBA, was an All-State wide receiver in high school and supposedly ran a 4.2 40 in high school. Not fast? Baloney.

Could’ve been in the NFL.
No I didn’t get to interview him (one day…ONE DAY!) But Sam Alipour of espn.com did. It’s a fun read. Check it out here.
Some bad news out of Cleveland…
Bron was giving an interview to a radio station and…
“I’m dedicated to bringing a championship to this city,” James told Mark “Munch” Bishop during an appearance later Wednesday on ESPN 850 WKNR to promote the upcoming King for Kids Bike-A-Thon. “I’m bringing a parade to this city. I love this city. I love Northeast Ohio. . . . Right now I can’t see myself going anywhere else.”
You don’t mean it LeBron. You don’t mean it!

In honor of the premiere of America’s Best Dance Crew Season 2 I thought I’d post some videos of LeBron doing some dancing of his own. Maybe one day he will be an honorary member of the Jabbawockeez. Or better yet…start his own dance crew. If I find any more videos I’ll be sure to post them.
Bron performing at the ESPYs
Bron dancing at the All-Star Game (mostly Shaq but some LeBron)
Dancing to Soulja Boy (which is now ironic…)
Doing some weird promo
And I can’t find a clip of him on SNL in the Solid Gold clip. This is the best I can do. I know, I know…I’m sorry…
